From bank clerk to a senior management in 10 years
After working in a bank and further working for container lines I worked for 7 years as a consulting as project manager on various projects - from starting a stand-alone business and representing shareholders in it, to developing project of container terminals expansion in EU.
My education:

both the client's team and your own team members.
My many years of experience allows me to build excellent communication channels with all parties involved.
Collecting and analyzing market information
I have started my early projects from collecting marketing information and preparing industry reports, analysing specific markets characteristics and compiling conclusions for further business planning. This, together with investment evaluation and technical design planning, provides the basis for successful project planning and risk management.
Building scalable teams
Building a successful project team depends on the project size and required roles. A project team typically consists of analysts, technical specialists, lawyers, designers, and others. Once formed the team must be optimally integrated into the clients organizational structure.
